Sure have, some time ago when I got my DVDO AVLab TPG. I don't remember the exact results, but I don't use the laptop or my tablet to generate patterns any more...

With the tests we have done we have found the Intel HD chip set to be accurate, as well as Nvidia graphics cards.

You do need to understand about the VCGT, and potential EDID issues, etc.
But they can be overcome easily.

You should mention for rgb full not ycbcr.
