On network tv, no as far as I know. Maybe for the Super Bowl........ That being said, my OLED C8 does a great job of upscaling Comcrap HDTV.

There are a couple of ATSC 3.0 test transmitters out there, WRAL-EX was the first, they have some sort of 4k demo loop. Obviously you'd need the hardware to receive ATSC 3.0, which isn't widely available at this point. Obviously ATSC 1.0 can't handle 4k, so there's nothing there.
